Yvonne Schuepbach belongs to the YWCA/YMCA Switzerland. She is the leader of the Swiss YWCA / YMCA International Focus-group and a volunteer at all levels and in different positions. At the moment she is a Change Agent for the World YMCA. Yvonne has a bachelor’s degree in History and German Language and Literature. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in History and Gender Studies. She is very passionate about children and youth, gender equality, women’s and human rights, politics, faith and leadership. She imagines a more just, peaceful and hopeful world. To reach that, she thinks that we have to speak out loud and stand up for our rights. That’s why she joined the World YWCA’s She Speaks Blog Team.
